How many of you dare to wear white clothes? How to Remove Faded Stains on White Clothes

For people who care about their appearance, like my brother (for example) who always wants to look appropriate in various situations because of his status and job, he often seems to move away from white clothes and choose other colors.

Not because he doesn't like it or because of his field of work, but because of his activities at home with his children.

After work, his children would immediately greet him by asking to be carried, some would climb on his body from behind, and many other cute behaviors typical of small children.

That's what makes it so that whenever he wears white clothes, they almost never look clean.

That's experience. Everyone has different experiences and different tastes and needs.

When it comes to white clothes, stains and dirt are their particular enemies.

Even a small, faint stain will still be visible in detail due to the very high contrast level.

Well, if you have fallen in love with white clothes, or are forced to wear white clothes often because of work requirements, don't worry.

There are many ways to remove faded stains on white clothes, as well as other types of stains that you can try.

How to Remove Fade Stains from White Clothes

Sometimes we accidentally mix (colored) clothes that fade with white clothes when washing.

Or maybe we were forced to wash the clothes at the laundry because we didn't have time to wash them ourselves, and unfortunately, they were stained by other people's clothes.

The way to overcome this is quite easy, here are the steps:

Use Chlorine-Free Bleach
However, bleach is not recommended for clothes made from delicate materials.

So, always check the clothing label before you carry out these steps.

How to Remove Fade Stains from White Clothes with Chlorine

1. Put the clothes into the machine

2. Add water as needed

3. Add 1 cap of bleach liquid to the bottle of bleach.

4. If you wash using a bucket and your hands:

  • First, add the required amount of cold water.
  • Then add 1 measure of bleach (stir so that the bleach mixes evenly with the water)
  • After that, put in the clothes you want to wash.

5. Leave it for 1-2 hours before rubbing and washing as usual.

6. Then dry it in the sun without turning it over.

Whitening Clothes with Potassium Permanganate (Compound)

This method is much more conducive than using regular bleach which often makes clothes look faded.

Potassium permanganate can make dull or discolored white clothes look brighter again.

This compound is generally used to sterilize open wounds on the skin or to sterilize drinking water.

It can be purchased at pharmacies or drug stores for medical needs. How to use it:

1. Pour about 10 litres of water into a bucket and add enough potassium permanganate crystals.

Don't use too much potassium permanganate. If you've used too much of this compound, the water will turn a dark purple.

2. Wait until the compound dissolves in water and changes color to pink.

3. Next, add 200 grams of detergent specifically for baby clothes to the solution (stir well)

4. Place the laundry in the solution. Then cover with a bucket lid or plastic wrap.

5. Let it sit for 4-5 hours. Or you can leave it overnight.

6. After that, rub and rinse, then dry the clothes directly in the sun without turning them inside out.

This method can be repeated several times to get the white color results you want.
These are some ways to neutralize faded stains on white clothes that you can try.

Besides the methods above, there are of course several other natural options for neutralizing stains, such as using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar.

Or by using citric acid which is also known to be effective in dealing with faded stains on white cloth.
